bill, merely a(n) (exasperated) proprietary statement about
proprietary net-art, and how just the simpliest of means... 
an ordinary jpeg for example, will often surpass the
razzle-dazzle gimcrackery -- reminding us that the Net's
true promise is one of open accessible intercommunication.
